IS IT GOOD TO DRINK CHAI LATTE?
Chai is the Hindi word for tea, derived from the Chinese original word “Cha” (茶). With time the Hindi term Chai became known as a mix of spices steeped into a tea-like beverage, with multiple benefits and great flavor. Then, when you mix Chai tea with milk, and particularly when you add honey, you have a perfect Chai Latte.
Chai latte has gained popularity in the world not only because it offers you a delicious taste with its aromatic flavors (filled with cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, ginger and other spices) but also because it improves your immune system, helps you with aches and pains, alleviates nausea, helps improve digestion, prevents in some degree chronic diseases, and above all it may improve heart health issues.
Furthermore, this type of tea mixed with milk wakes you up and you can feel more active and productive during your daily routine. So yes, once could say that drinking Chai, and particularly Chai latte is good for us.
